Vintage 1960-early 1970s Aghabani Branded Tablecloth and Napkins
This set aquired in Syria in the 1960s or early 1970s. Aghabani is a highly regarded and iconic brand in Syria, known for producing exquisite embroidered textiles that blend craftsmanship with elegant design—pieces that were often sought after for both daily use and special occasions.
The set includes a square tablecloth measuring approximately 41” x 39” (104 cm x 99 cm) and napkins measuring approximately 9-1/2” x 8-1/4” (24 cm x 21 cm).
The embroidery is crafted with silk threads on woven cotton, showcasing the skill and artistry that made Aghabani textiles famous throughout Syria.
Condition: In amazing unused condition however there are 2 tiny ink stains on the base fabric. They are barely noticeable.
